The War On Terror Is a Joke…

It is something we all know, but it is worth repeating. Saudia Arabia’s position as the main funder of Islamic radicalism worldwide makes the US wars against that radicalism a sad sad joke. It seems like the folks in Washington, DC are the only people who don’t know this. This video outlines one of the central realities of the world we live in.

The War On Terror is a Joke

Hello All. I just wanted to take a minute to remind you that the War on Terror is a Joke. All of the Af-Pak stuff, Somalia, the current ISIS kerfluffle? It’s just a sad, sad joke. It’s a joke because through it all, we have continued to treat Saudi Arabia like a trusted ally. Why is this crazy? Let’s gloss over the fact that the New Yorker has reported that the Saudi Government probably helped carry out the 9/11 attacks. Let’s just ignore that it’s a weird medieval monarchy that treats women like cattle and beheads people in public.

Instead let’s focus on what they do internationally. For the past half century they have been using their oil riches to fund Islamic fundamentalism worldwide. How do people from the Phillippines to Germany get to the idea that Islam is worth killing for? Mostly because they learned it from propaganda paid for by Saudi Arabia. The jerks in Washington, DC will tell you that Saudi Arabia is cooperating on shutting down the financing of terror. This is horseshit. The Saudis aren’t paying for bombs and flying lessons as much as they used to, but all of the ideological stuff? Radical mosques from Indonesia to Africa? They’re still paying for that shit.

And that’s why our wars against Islamic extremism are such a sad joke. We are still protecting and supporting the main funders of international Islamic extremism. At the end of the day, what’s the ideological difference between the Saudis and the Islamic State? Mostly the fact that the Saudis never had the balls to call themselves Caliphs.
