B.C. marijuana farm has a BEAR PATROL!

Some enterprising pot growers in Canada were busted July 30th, which in itself probably wouldn’t merit much attention from the Canadian press or even U.S. news outlets, except the naturist couple had the bright idea to befriend black bears by regularly feeding them dog food. So when the local prohibitionist enforcement gang showed up to ruin lives and steal plants, they were met by no less than 14 VERY LARGE GUARD BEARS:

“They were tame, they just sat around watching… at one point one of the bears climbed onto the hood of a police car, sat there for a bit and then jumped off,” said Mansveld.

He said the officers involved in the July 30 raid were all familiar with wild animals, and while wary, were not afraid of the bears once they realized the animals were not aggressive.

I’m betting if the bears had been guarding an alcohol distilling operation, all those cops would be dead from angry fightin’ bears.

  1. I’ve noticed a lot of the posts don’t allow comments, and not allowing comments is the default option. IE you have to remember to check “allow comments”….should be the other way around IMO.

    1. I’m only suggesting we have comments on actual hosted articles… for now. I know this may irritate a few people in the short term.

Should I perhaps open up a self post once a day just for discussion puposes?

      1. I think anything that encourages people to comment more will help you grow the site back up…they will then stick around more, contribute articles, etc.
