When I’m looking for the latest products to promote my favorite libertarian themes, I generally have to go to somewhat obscure sites like this or this to find them.
Before my wife takes off to go shopping for common household items, she usually looks online to get some idea of the best places to shop for the items she wishes to purchase. A typical lazy Sunday afternoon in our household involves her laying on the couch with her laptop while I blog a few political items. She tells me about the latest sale items and new products (which I ignore — sounds sort of like Charlie Brown’s teacher to me) while I rant and rave about the latest in politics (which I’m sure she ignores, too). This one, from Target, caught my attention, though.
It’s a good start. I’ll know we’ve made significant headway when Wal-Mart starts advertising doormats condemning the corporate abuse of eminent domain laws.
LOL
Mine is on its way :)
That was great. Another site that sells libertarian stuff (in addition to bureaucrash.com) is http://www.thinklibertarian.com For a whole list of stores and companies owned by libertarians, check out http://www.libertarianyellowpages.com
Yea, get some, get some, yea. I would love one that says
Get off my
property,
filth
the filth is what cops in the UK are called.
I have long thought about putting the Third Amendment (quartering of soldiers) to the U.S. Constitution on a plaque on my front door, but the message on the Target doormat is more direct.
I hope Target doesn’t use eminent domain in the process of obtaining store or distribution sites.
LIBERTARIANISM
We can’t teach you, you have to (L)Earn it
Something’s wrong if china mart is selling this. It’s probably a teaser to dredge up names for the “likely terrorists” list.
