Voters beware of NRA endorsements!

The NRA now claims to be a one issue, Second Amendment, group endorsong incumbent politicians regardless their positions on other issues if they have voted favorably on Second Amendment issues while in office. It is not that simple. Just because a politician votes in favor of Second Amendment issues does not mean they vote in favor of individual liberty and are not willing to compromise the Constitution. The entire voting record of the candidate must be taken as a whole package. I split with the NRA on this. If every single incumbent voted for Second Amendment rights yet voted on all other legislation taking us from individual liberty into tyranny does that mean they will allow us to keep our firearms? Absolutely not because then we become a threat to their domestic tranquility when they have destroyed ours. No totalitarian system in modern times has ever allowed their citizens to keep their firearms. Why would our ruling class be any different as we move into socialism and eventually into full blown marxism which requires absolute control by the ruling class?

The NRA has endorsed incumbent John Salazar (D-socialist), my Congressman, who has consistently voted 97% of the time siding with socialism, larger government, erosion of individual liberty and is known as Pelosi’s puppy. The NRA also endorsed Betsy Markey, another Congress member from Colorado who has been in Washington for only 2 years yet has been an unwavering socialist. I will not vote for Salazar for any reason. The endorsment of Salazar and Markey by the NRA has done great damage to the NRA. Salazar’s Congressional District is rural mountain Colorado except for the socialist sanctuary city of Pueblo, CO. Markey’s Congressional District is also mostly rural eastern plains Colorado. The NRA endorsment will make absolutely no difference in the outcome as both are in great jeapordy on being defeated except further degrade the reputation of the NRA with gun owners.

I believe the NRA has been infiltrated by the enemy and will have to be purged. We can vote with our dollars, that is what I am doing, no more money to the NRA.

I recommend you ignore all NRA candidate endorsments everywhere and look at the candidates voting records and their unwavering support for individual liberty, limited government, free market economics and a strong national defense. The NRA no longer counts in politics as they have proved for the past several months.

NRA has lamely attempted to explain how they can endorse candidates who have nothing in common with any of us. that is proof enough to me to believe the NRA is now controlled by leftists. It is the Alinsky way.

DHS using assets to detect marijuana growing operations. Not good.

Note: this article contains dead links, the url is still in the hover/alt text. Keep the web working, curate content well!

Regardless how one believes about marijuana and all the debates swirling about it, using Department of Homeland Security assets and personnel in Colorado Springs for a local marijuana growing investigation is just over the top. Some will say that is OK because it is drugs:

A $7 million surveillance plane equipped to detect air, land and sea threats was flown from the Canadian border to Colorado Springs in April to assist in an investigation of marijuana-growing operations that apparently resulted in charges against six people.

The Department of Homeland Security plane, a Swiss-built Pilatus PC-12 Spectre, was requested on April 9 as the Metro Vice, Narcotics and Intelligence task force prepared to launch a series of searches of buildings where investigators suspected marijuana was being grown illegally.

No one was arrested during the searches, which the medical marijuana industry characterized as raids on legal businesses.

I say it is not OK for DHS to be involved in local drug investigations or any other criminal investigation that has nothing to do with national security. There were those who warned us it was inevitable DHS would assume more and more power leading to intrusive activity in internal affairs. We better prepare for round ups and internment in camps. You say, impossible! I say possible.

The tyrants from the bottom up have trashed the Constitution. This is an example of expanding power without clear cut authority to do it. The candidates grassroots activists are supporting better take note there are many of us who are working for their election and they are warned they better be strict Constitutionalists and champions of individual liberty or there will be political consequences and that means not using resources that are specific to national defense to spy on citizens for any reason. The plane is a spy plane so it is spying on citizens.

OBAMA’S IRON CYBER-FIST
“Reuters reported Tuesday, Sept. 21, that the presidential declaration, in case of an imminent threat to critical things like the electrical grid or water supply, could REQUIRE COMPANIES TO SHUT DOWN temporarily or take certain steps, like enhancing their cyber-defenses. The declaration would last for 30 days, though the president could renew it, it couldn’t go longer than 90 days without congressional action.”

A word on grassroots movements

I agree with Ron Paul’s comments on the Tea Party Movement and so do a lot of people I know in the grassroots movements. We will not be hijacked by individuals, groups or political parties. We must do the opposite, take the power away from the ruling class and give it back to the citizens. If we allow our movements to be hijacked we become no better than the enemies of the Constitution and individual liberty. That is not to say that we need some order and leadership. Without it we are nothing but a chaotic group that verges on group anarchy.

There must be some rules and boundaries yet everyone who attends meetings and expresses their ideas and opinions must be allowed to do so with respect and understanding no matter how we may think about the opinions or the people who express them. We can agree to disagree on the nuances and the methods of achieving our goals just as the founders did but must not lose sight of why we exist. History shows our founders did not get along most of the time, there were personality conflicts, strong willed men advancing their own agendas and positions many thought were ridiculous in the context of history yet out of that came the second greatest written words in history, the Constitution.

Tancredo’s campaign may be illegal

Is Tom (Torpedo) Tancredo (ex-Republican and full blown grassroots traitor) breaking campaign laws?

The Secretary of State has a dog in this race and it is Hickenlooper so there is no reason for him to uphold the law barring Tancredo from legally running for Governor. He would certainly, as a socialist installed Secretary of State supported by George Soros, want to split the votes between Tancredo and Maes.

Maybe Attorney General John Suthers will challenge the legality of Tancredo’s campaign for Governor. If not, who can do this for us? We need an attorney or two who are like minded to tackle this issue. There are a lot of questions not yet answered about the election laws and Tancredo’s qualification to be a candidate. Anyone got any ideas? Time is not on our side.

For those of you who vote for Tancredo, keep in mind you will become “useful idiots” for the socialists because you will be complicit in electing Hickenlooper. It is your choice. I will not cooperate with them.

Always remember: They serve at OUR will

My friend [anonymous] attended a private, by invitation only, political insiders BBQ at the [Colorado] state fair put on by the establishment kingmakers. It was jammed full of politicians running for office including the US Senate, Congressional representatives and governor as well as 30 other politicians running for various offices. There were about 300 people in attendance, half of them politicians, political operatives and lobbyists.

He was star struck and called me while there to tell me everyone was so nice and it was too bad I did not attend. I was invited. It was limited to a certain group of people, certain vocal, critical political activists. They are trying to win over the grassroots activists and bring them into the fold. It will work the other way, we will take the Republican Party away from them in February and they are really afraid of us. I believe he lost touch with reality for a period of time. I, too, have attended such events and trust no one at them but then they have shown they cannot be trusted. see more…

Pueblo CO welfare numbers surge

“waiting for the other shoe to drop”

Those who attended the Greenhorn Valley Freedom Forum when Commissioner Jeff Chostner spoke will recall Chostner said no illegal aliens were receiving welfare in Pueblo County because anyone receiving county or state services must have an ID. I have researched and it is possible for an illegal to get a “valid ID” or even easier is to get a “counterfiet ID”. Who even bothers to check them out at all? We know the answer, no one.

I emailed the County Commissioners about this issue. I got no response on this issue from Commissioner John Cordova or Commissioner Anthony Nunez but got an email from Chostner. He said he would look into it and contact Jose Mondragon, Department Head of Social Services, about this and have him contact me yet I was never contacted. I emailed Mondragon but he never answered. I called and he never returned my call. We know who these people are.

I spent time in the parking lot of social services. Guess what? Many of those entering and exiting social services speak very little or no English at all wnen I asked for directions or where I must go to apply for welfare. They responded to my English language question with Spanish speak. That is strange because even Pueblo County is primarily English speaking. The parking lot was like being in Mexico. I felt like I was in a foreign country right in the middle Pueblo, CO USA.

Those of you who received this email and there are many, please forward this to as many people as possible to expose these people for who they are, people who will make us pay for illegal aliens to receive county services. They ignore the rule of law for what? To keep the peace in the Hispanic community and rack up votes for themselves. They are the ruling class. They, all Democrats must be removed from office.
