It should also be noted that the people in congress who will be most effected by this bill would be freshmen representatives who would have to dip into their personal funds (a candidate can’t live off campaign warchests under FEC rules) to merely live in D.C. – one of the most expensive cities in the nation.

And really… all this posturing and puffing for under $150M (both houses)?
