Horsey
Since that FEC filing the Gary Johnson campaign has raised around another $50,000 while qualifying for Federal matchin funds. From my understanding the matching funds are in the neighborhood of $300,000 - which will pay down all current debt and put the campaign in the black to the tune of around $150,000.

Regarding the law suit - fwiw - rom hearing what GJ said in a fundraiser a couple months ago - it seems the dispute with Bydlak was how much he was actually owed. The GJ campaign believes the bill for services rendered and received should be roughly half what Bydlak is claiming and the GJ campaign was ready to provide personal funds in order to settle it - but apparently Bydlak was unwilling to accept this.

Best regards,
Steven Berson
